Monday and Thursday: 6:45am - 7:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 6:45am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm
Sundays and Holidays: Closed

We are an Accredited Fitness Appraisal Centre through the Canadian Society for Exercise Therapy and the Saskatchewan Kinesiology Exercise Science Association.
