I am a Registered Massage Therapist who believes that massage is about more than just relieving sore muscles—it's about helping you feel your best, both physically and mentally. I love getting to know my clients and creating treatments that are tailored to their individual needs, whether that is pain relief, injury recovery, stress management, or simply taking an hour to recharge.

Outside of the clinic, I love spending time on our acreage with my husband, our horses, and our three dogs. I'm also a volunteer firefighter, so helping people—whether in an emergency or through massage therapy—is a big part of who I am.
